Common Questions About Bus Rentals
How far in advance should I book?
For weekday corporate shuttles, a week is usually fine. For weekend events, especially during summer wedding season or December holiday parties, book 3-4 weeks ahead. Leavenworth during Oktoberfest? Book two months early - seriously.
What if our group size changes?
Happens all the time. We can usually adjust vehicle size up to 48 hours before. If your 40-person group becomes 25, we'll switch to a smaller bus and adjust pricing. If you grow from 25 to 40, we'll find a solution (might involve two vehicles if needed).
Can you handle complex itineraries?
Complex is our specialty. Multiple pickup locations, timed venue arrivals, meal stops, return trips at different times - we build it all into a master schedule. Our dispatchers are logistics experts who've seen every possible scenario.
What about alcohol on party buses?
Washington State law allows alcohol consumption on chartered buses for passengers 21+. We don't provide alcohol, but you can bring your own. Our drivers are trained to monitor for safety and will intervene if necessary. No glass bottles for safety reasons.
Do you provide WiFi on buses?
Most of our larger coaches have WiFi. It's good for email and browsing, not streaming. For corporate shuttles where WiFi is critical, let us know and we'll guarantee a WiFi-equipped vehicle.
What if we're running late?
Call or text your driver directly. We build buffer time into schedules because groups run late. For airport trips, we track traffic and adjust departure times. For events, we can usually flex 15-30 minutes without issues.
